💌 A Letter from the Founder
Dear you,
There was a time I felt invisible.
Like my silence was louder than my voice.
Like heartbreak was something I had to endure quietly.
Like grief had no room, and pain had no platform.
But through all of that, the leaving, the ghosting, the losing, the aching; I found a truth I couldn’t ignore:
Words save us. Even the unsent ones.
I started Letters from the Unsent not because I had everything figured out, but because I didn’t.
Because I needed a space that could hold all the things I never got to say.
Because someone, somewhere, is still searching for words to carry them through.
And maybe, just maybe, my story can help them find theirs.
This platform is for the ones who’ve been:
Bullied. Abandoned. Ghosted. Grieving. Laid off. Dumped. Assaulted. Rejected. Silenced.
This is for us.
For the ones who feel too much and say too little.
For those still healing in the dark.
So if you’re reading this; thank you.
You being here means you’re a part of this light I’m trying to build.
And I hope in these letters, in these poems, in these quiet, aching truths, you find a piece of your voice too.
We don’t need to scream to be heard.
Just whisper, and I promise, someone will listen.
With all my heart,
The Founder
Letters from the Unsent
“Replaced”
I wasn’t hard to leave,
just easy to forget.
You called it timing
I called it regret.
You moved on like I was luggage,
but I was a home.
And now you’ll sleep in strangers
and still feel alone.
Letters from the Unsent is curated by Kingslee, a writer, storyteller, heart listener, and lover of words that never made it out loud.
